Golfville was a very exciting launch and met the market with large investor demand for a couple of very important factors. This reduced the purchase price for investors, so a fantastic price point along with the location and golf course views meant that investors across the world, once the due-diligence had been executed could see the potential of this investment.
Golfville would mark another landmark for Emaar, it was the first entry into the full co-living/co-working environment. Amenities would include a floor to ceiling library, fully equipped co-working stations and a designated room, games room and the millennial favourite Cross Fit gym and yoga facilities. Not before in Dubai, especially at the price point, have we seen such an emphasis on the end-user in terms of facilities and it really did set the standard for future launches.
